Hello Marion,
If you email account is full you just need to change one
parameter in your browser or email program.
You go in the Preferences (Edit/Preferences Menu for
example).
There you find Mail Server/incoming mail server/edit and
find the option :
Leave message on serveur (often under the 'pop' header)
Just say 'no' or let it blank
If you dont, all your mails just heap up till one mile up,
then it just falls on your head.
Better running before.
Imagine your postman keeping copies of all your (snail)
mails for the last ten years... This is what happens here,
on your email account, at your provider's, when you probably
think that having it in your computer mailbox gets it off
your provider's box.

So, that should solve your problem. If not I just send you a
good cup of french black coffee. And that should avoid you
to change your provider who is innocent.
