  I've noticed.. I don't like them.

I am on cable internet so I had not noticed. Thanks.. can they still
read the email?

For myself, I would prefer all messages come plaintext. At
list-server.net we had many problems with what styled text would do to the
digest. However, no matter how many times I made the request for plaintext
only, people still sent styled text ... it seems that controlling that is
beyond my ability.

I don't like the log-in either.. with Topica it seems optional, but
what Hillary said about some posts still not getting thru concerns me.. and
topica has yet to respond to any of my support requests.

Topica is advertiser-supported, so far as I know.. mostly by banners on
the website, now, but it may be that more advertising will show up as it
grows, as happened with onelist.

It's normal for the K-list to be quieter in Jan, the doldrums after
the Solstice storm.

Yes, thankyou.. still collecting votes, tho..
 Blessings..
