Subject: [K-list] cold hands ..warm heart :-)

Hello!

<< have problems trying to use my fingers, they feel cold, and when eg.
 typing they quickly lose the strength. >>

I recently was listening to Dr Weil's "Breathing the Master Key to Self
Healing" and he said that one of the reasons we get cold hands and feet was
due to lack of oxygen. He said when there is a lack the oxygen goes first to
protect the vital organs...hence the old saying cold hands warm heart...lol.
I also have this problem and have started trying to get in more oxygen and
concentrate on deep diaphramatic breathing...Im not sure if this is
applicable but it sure has helped me.
