I knew a diabetic guy with intense thirst, however if you are tested and
find that this is not the case, I have found that when I drink lots of
water, it starts a cycle where I get really thirsty -- I think what happens
is that tif you drink too much water then the body has to work so hard to
get rid of the excess water (to keep from diluting the blood, electrolyte
balance, etc.) that it gets rid of too much water and you are thirsty again,
causing a vicious cycle that ends up as a constant thirsty feeling. I have
found the solution is to drink iced tea, which does not cause one to urinate
as much as plain water does. If you enjoy the drinking/peeing cycle, well,
I am sure it is very cleansing.

(not really lurking as much as not having time to read the massive amount of
mail generated here -- in the last 2 .5 months I have received over 1200
pieces of mail from this group -- the reason I mention it is in both cases
there is a mass quantity that just cycles through!)

Angelique's chakra-tour of the suchness of water was superb. I could see it
being made into an animation-documentary of spiritual awakening. (Film
makers, where are you? We need some kind of video-media coverage of the K
phenomenon.
Speaking of water, for the first several years after my K awakened, water
had
a magical, sparkly quality for me -- a zingy, effervescence in my mouth. I
wondered if I was perceiving the life force in the water through my tongue?
Another thing I've experienced since early on with K -- and which several
other people told me has happened to them -- is an inordinate need for
water.
I drink it all day long, about 2 gallons a day. Anyone else have this
mega-thirst?
