What exactly are they oppressing, the entities and such that is?

On many occasions I have seen entities or felt their presence around me. I
know the door is open, but ignoring them I think may cause more harm than
good. If I know the door is open, and they know the door is open, and I
pretend to close that door in their face I see the potential for destruction.
 I have seen the words on these mailings time and time again "face it with
love and light."

 These entities we sometimes notice as we enter or
 leave sleep are ghost spirits and perhaps elementals.
 More than likely they are hungry ghosts or pretas, who
 do not know they are dead and are trapped in the lower
 bardo. As we enter the dream plane or bardos we can
 then see them.
 
  My daughter can see them all the time at will.
 Sometimes chakra openings and K-activity allows a
 portal to occurr which they become aware of and thus
 oppress one. Don't encourage them they can get mean.
