It has been hypothesized that when the Kundalini
for unknown reasons goes out into either one
of the two side channels, known as ida and
pingala, so the balance b/n the two is upset,
physical pain and illness may result.
It is unknown to me whether any testing of
different ppl have been done on this
subject, but it is sure: rising the Kundalini
through the central channel is important.
(Yeah, yeah, important ? What's important
anyway ?)
It is my personal experience that if too much
energy (again for unknown reasons) is
channeled into the side nadis, physical pain
is the result.
At times, this pain has been caused by
blocks in certain chakras and when the block
has been removed, the energy flows gently
through resulting in no pain.
Still, as some ppl will have it:
no pain, no gain
gain some, lose some (mind that is)
who dares wins
Best regards,
Amanda.
