I think you mean synesthesia; kinaesthisia is the sense of touch....
(or maybe what you sense in your body, I'm sure someone else will
have a better definition!)

I suspect that the 1 in 100 000 figure is a little low; I know at least
two people who have synesthesia! As far as I know, in most people
who have it, there are two senses that are affected, and the rest
are untouched. (Which would make you even more unusual!) I think
artists and musicians are more prone to it. I don't have it at all :(
