Subject: Re: [K-list] vegetarian diet
From: tom skarda

On 1999/12/08 18:15, tom skarda posted thus to the K-list:

For what its worth the Taoists will eat meat of any kind. Although
moderation is recommended. Diet seems to effect raising the K energy very
little as long as large amounts of synthetics are avoided. Diet patterns may
change during the initial rising of the energy (can't eat meat/starts eating
meat for former vegans/only able to eat simple foods like white rice and
yogurt/sensitive to synthetics/etc) for as much as 18 months, but after that
everyone seems to be able to eat whatever they want.
  Good luck,
  Tom
