For most people,
most of the time
The promise of Samadhi is sold
under the mystical guise of a spiritual experience
a promise of undefined power
when it is really nothing more
than moving into a space of self delusion
where one does not have to face
their own self judgement
where one cannot feel the memories
the pain and suffering,
the torment and torture
which is stored in every cell of the body
True Samahdi can be known
by entering the space between the in-breath
and the out-breath ..
and the out-breath and the in-breath
every time you breathe (as you were taught)
It is not knowable .. it is not describable ..
it is a state of beingness in which
all of the past and future
return to the illusion
from whence it came
It is the eternal now.
Remember ... the breathing you habitually do now
is a learned behaviour
based on the fear present at your birth
(mother and the medical people)
as to whether you were alive or dead
