What I am establish it is only a couple of things.
First of all. There is no clear technique to get you in 'samadhi'. (I
usually don't like
word 'samadhi'. I will use a word 'to wake up', because when I am in that
condition
I still don't know is this samadhi.
Only I know is that I am wake up. I know something and what I am
experience is very strange for ordinary mind.
Every time when I put myself in that condition
I discover something new about this concept of reality.
There is no love and anger or hate. That kind of feeling is
same thing. What ever you feel it is only your
reaction on something.

I will describe how I go in that condition.
First I active my energy from the root.
Energy is white and always will spread trough my
body if I don't guide that energy. When she spread trough
my body, there is no flesh and bones. Only light in me.
But this is not what I need to do. Next step what I am
discovered is that this energy have closest connection
with my breath. Breath is the guide for that energy.
When I don't guide that energy, she is very fast, and
she have short time of existing in me.
But, when I guide she with my breath, (it's doesn´t mater
is this ida or pingala or sushumna. Somehow this energy
when you guide her with breath, find her own way.)
she progress very slowly up. And in finally moment,
when my breath is in kumbaka, I look to myself (not so hard. This is like
very slow movie).
And somehow there is no me. I can't think any more about me,
because, I don´t exist. There is only witness.
In that state I can't thin about myself anymore, because there is nothing to
think about.
I can only watch with full attention. But that is not watching even. This is
something
more directly. What ever I look I can 'feel' that this is in me.
And finally I was discovered that you could go in that state what ever you
do.
Just don't make attachment.
