I have been Kirlian photographed. It's interesting, but I don't know
if it's auras or not. You put your hands (and maybe feet?) on these
metal plates while the picture is being taken. I don't know what that
is for (sorry). I do have to wonder what auras ARE... I have heard
theories that they are synonymous with the astral body and I have to
doubt that, personally, based on my experiences. I also don't think
they are necessarily etheric in nature. Perhaps they ARE simply of a
frequency we cannot see, a product of physical life (which I do NOT
see as etheric, unlike many people).

Anyway this likely makes no sense. I'm working on it. Heh.
