I don't consider mself 'adept', I still very much struggle with some
aspects of the 'k' experience, however, from what i've gleaned from the
various attempts to decribe/define this state, yes, I enter into this
state, and as long as i can manage reasonably comfortable conditions in
my environment, can rather easily enter and return from such states
pretty much at will. Conditions consist mostly of confidence I will not
be distrubed/interrupted, even with others around me, that my meditation
will not be dsitrubed by some insensitve clout wanting to ask me if I'd
care for coffee or something, or if I'm 'okay', quiet can be nice and
work okay, but much prefer either music, preferably what one might caal
shamanic or meditative, or out where there are natural sounds, such as
at a beach, in woods by a stream, etc. I've used some recordings of such
sounds, but not much into them more than occasionally, one, however, I
am sometimes very drawn to use, even play while sleeping, is of howling
wolves. The presence of others also entering/seeking spiritual state is
a plus, makes it easier and quicker to enter myself, sometimes stronger,
makes the AoG church an excellent place to do so.
