Here are my replies:
>How many of us see Auras?
I mostly feel / sense them.
Sometimes, chakras and the central channel
can be seen, but that is only occasional.
The chakras of animals are seen more often
than those of humans.
Maybe humans "block" theirs ?
>1. What colors and shapes do you see?
What is felt can be described as getting into
ppls field of emotion and thought.
It feels as if ppl have this bubble
or sphere of
emotional and/or cognitive energy around
them and sometimes, when the circumstances
are right, changes and movements within
this field can be felt, as movements and
energy within your own field.
If not "translated" into the receivers
own field of emotion,
I suppose the energy would have to be
translated into visual energy in the form of
light and colors.
The energy field feels at times,
as a tangible sensation (as opposed to
an emotional one) like a
jelly like substance which you can sometimes
get "on" your own emotional body
and get "stuck" in.
I strongly associate the energy field
of emotion with what is known in the
literature as the astral body.
The feeling of the emotional energy field
I personally interpret as a sharing of
the emotional body.
>2. Do you use this ability to help in diagnosing illness?
No, unfortunately not.
I'm not really a healer.
>3. to help in determining a person's mood?
The energy field represents in a large part
the emotions going on in a person.
But I do not think that all emotions
necessarily are displayed in this energy field
at any one time.
What is received
very much depends on the receiver
and if this person keeps the ego relaxed.
If there is not relaxation, emotions from the
own body may very well be reflected and thrown
back to the receiver, as in psychological
projection, only more literally. :)
The energy field
can definitely determine a person's
moods, emotional impulses that exist for the
moment and sometimes, more underlying
basal impulses that stem from deeper
layers of the personality can be picked up.

Auditory ?
Sometimes movements
and changes in the aura can be
heard.
I'm not trained as an empath and do not
consciously scan ppl.
I only feel what is being shown me.
Once, I was playing a video game with
someone who is very open.
Every time my friend was about to make
a move (the game was a beat 'em up,
a martial arts game) and press the buttons
on his videogame control unit to
make his player hit mine, I could feel
he was about to make a move and either moved
my player away so he was not hit, or
hit his player before he could react.
LOL ! My friend was quite miffed at being
beat in a videogame by a girl.
I tried playing against the computer
aftewards, but of course, with much less
success.
Concrete objects have an energy field too,
but not like humans. :)
