In the back and forth and upset that has been
occurring on this list in terms of what we eat, we
have perhaps forgotten one of the most important
things that this list does. Everyone on this list is
supposed to be kundalini active. Since this is a
Cosmos-given force that rises in us to clean out
blockages that have occurred in our energy body –
vibration, so that we can increase the rate at which
we vibrate so that we can reach beyond the shell that
is our body and reunite with the Cosmos – become All
That Is – it stands to reason that everyone on this
list is going to be releasing negative emotion and
what is more, triggering that release in others on the
list.

Except for those few who have become adepts and have
no further vibrational damage left in their energy
field, everyone else on this list is still releasing
blockages. So every time someone writes a rant,
regardless of the subject of that rant, the pain,
anger, fear, and shame that comes along with that rant
is simply a sign that the person is being triggered
and is releasing the block, expressing the emotion. In
some ways, membership on this list is really entry
into a tumbler where we are all rough stones tumbling
around in the grit of our exchanges, getting the rough
edges ground off. If no-one on this list is being
triggered and ranting, the list is not doing its job.
But then it should also be a place where we understand
that, however sick we might get personally of the
going on and going on. More release deeper, each time
round.
I am personally beyond acceptance of watching glorious
humans that I know get sick from illnesses like cancer
and suffer terribly because there is so much
suppressed anger and pain inside them that they have
been unable to release because it´s not safe, polite,
acceptable. I personally don´t care if somebody on
this list screams about what bothers them as long as
we each can say, “this makes me scream, hate, furious,
is unacceptable to me,” rather than “you are…” So
Zala, write direct to me if you wish. I do not wish
your voice to be silenced even though I don´t agree
with you. Scream as loud and as long as you wish. I´d
rather see it in writing than in your body. And the
same goes for everyone else. This is about letting
out, letting go, healing, and going on.

When we forget that, we simply force people back into
boxes that the Kundalini is going to ensure that they
leave, one way or another. Silencing the voices of
pain or anger or frustration or suffering simply
forces the person back into the pain rather than
providing a safe place to release it. Those whose
voices are silenced in this way find other ways to
release the pain…some of them make lots of cancer
cells. Some of them go crazy, shoot up their work
places, set stuff on fire. I´d rather you wrote about
it and stayed, became, healthier as a result. If I´ve
had enough of a series, I´ll delete the posts rather
than try to delete the person making the posts. You
are me and I am you….
