Maybe Zala is genuine and can't see his or her own Shadow (concentrating
on lack of tolerance elsewhere when it is most obvious in Zala's own
posts), or maybe Zala is a troll (a "troll" is someone who writes with
the deliberate intention of stirring up trouble). The best way to deal
with trolls, I believe, is to ignore them: replying only feeds the
flame.

For my own part, I will reply if I have something constructive to say.
