I think this is a rather rude statement. As food intake has a lot to do
with the energy kundalini. The purer more refined foods allow for greater
flow of energy. Where and in what text do you find someone refering to a
meat centered diet as being good for ones energy system? What yoga are you
talking about.

Yes, this is a rather absurd set of posts, and the absurdurty falls in the
lap of those that vehemently support a meat diet. I agree with moderation,
with the ultimate goal of elimination of meat in the diet.
Have you read "Diet for a New America" by John Robbins? After reading the
book I feel that any sane person would want to minimize and perhaps cut out
meat in their diet.

I suppose it depends on ones stage of growth. I feel when one has reached a
certain stage of development a meatless diet will make sense. Before that
stage people can go on endlessly, emotionally defending their diet.
