Dear Amanda and list,

I didn't mean to start a discussion about dualism. It just seems to me that
there is a strange place in consciousness somewhere between the non dualist
state which, in my experience, is pure joy, and the state of ordinary
knowledge. In between there seems to be a state in which one still feels the
immensity of existence but it is colored by whatever comes to mind--and that
is where extremes of compassionate sorrow arise or, perhaps, continued joy,
depending on Point of View.
Just mulling.
