Thanks, you are one of the few that have compassion. I normally can't
get my steak properly cooked in restaurants. I want it reddish in the
middle and either it comes too rare (which is acceptable most of the
time) or too well done (which is NOT acceptable). I just don't
understand it...*sigh*

I am a slight scum? That is better than a major scum I imagine. Cool.

They don't suffer long usually...just moments. In the ole days a big,
burly guy would smack the cow right in the forehead with a short handled
sledge hammer. NO suffering involved there! Instant nirvana for the cow.
Dunno what they do these days.

No, not fault logic at all. Anyone who thinks it is spiritually ok to
eat plants and ignore their suffering while demeaning omnivores is
basically a rationalistic asshole.
Because you are so spiritually deprived that you cannot grok the plants
you think it is alright. *shakes head in disgust*

Everything is One, do you not perceive that? I don't know who it was
that talked about respect but that is the key.Whether it is plant or
animal, we should respect and thank the living organism that gave their
life to perpetuate ours.
