Hi,
    this is exactly what I have been experiencing for a while now. the bones
vibrate really strongly and behind my ears-inside my head- there is the sound
of distant thunder . Quite often there will be a loud "snap" inside my head ,
as though a dry branch was being broken ( any ideas what it is ??? )
    With time, the stength of the bone vibration is increasing, as is the
sound of the thunder.
