Don't know about your perspiration, but the flash backs from the past sound
familiar, I have them too. Often they relate to unresolved issues. If you
are practicing any form of yoga, and especially when in the process of an
awakening K, issues from the past are likely to come up again because they
want to be dealt with and let go of. Personally, I don't believe that they
are coming up by coincidence. These issues, if dealt with, will help you to
grow and will lead you to a better understanding of yourself and others.
