Jon, you are beautiful.. Your Shakti is rising, it is making your hands
warm and pushing agianst your Karma, which is being released in the form of
crying. It is OK. Let them fall. They are only tears. Weeping out your
Karma is better than having it manifest other ways, eh? Don't resist these
feelings.

But you want answers, so I will teach you to acclelerate the process. It
is by surrendering to what Is, so you can come out the other side. Paddling
with the current, thru the whitewater rapids instead of trying to go
against the flow.
When the crying comes, let it hapen, but open your awareness to the
feeling, notice the sensations in your body, trace inside yourself, where
the tears are coming from. Feel the hurting places, with your senses and
your imagination until you can define them as abstract shapes in your body.
When you can "grasp" the blockage that is releasing as tears, in your
mind, with feeling and imagery, you can surrender it all at once by
imagining giving the stuff that makes tears, to Goddess-All that Is, as a
gift, leaf stalk root and fruits, .. an offering of yourself.
I use the term "Goddess", you can give it to Buddha or Christ or Allah,
or whatever you put faith in. You can burn it up with laserbeams, with
imagination, or purple fire of St. Germaine, or feed it to an invisible
dinosaur, or let the grace flowing down from above wash it away with
forgivness. The important thing is to use thought-word-deed to locate it
and communicate your willingness to give it up, let it go. When you have
done so, remove your attention from it, as well.. focus on your breathing,
or prayer so your attention is not an attachment. You may feel it flowing
out of you. You will feel in internal shift. When you have felt that, look
again at the places where the other stuff was, with your inner eye, and see
what remains. Surrender it also, and ask for the void in yourself that you
have created by making offerings, to be filled with light. Otherwise you
may feel a strange emptiness after, and seek some other attachment to fill
the space. Nature abhors a vaccuum.
All of this, is easier to do, if you are grounded...
