Yes, and as you know since you have already
mentioned it,
there is something called Prana-Kundalini.
This is K expressed through the prana.
But there is also something which has been
observed and given the name of
Para-Kundalini and Shakti-Kundalini
which is working in higher levels like you
describe it and comes tip toeing along
when you least expect it.

The different traditions have different names
for it.

Yadda, yadda,
"Kundalini is liberation for the wise and
bondage for the fool".

Ever read Ramana Maharshi ?

I may be a fool, but I'm not quite so foolish as to get
myself completely attached to
detachment.

You're welcome. :)

Spiritual practice may have as many forms and
expressions as Kundalini herself
and have nothing to do with "breathing" ham sa and
touting one's guru.

Spiritual practice that may not be so "practice"
after all:
Unceasing observation of consciousness itself.
Total surrender to god.
Total surrender to the ideal of ahimsa
Unceasing service to all, also known as Karma Yoga and
advocated strongly, by amongst others,
Babaji.

You don't always need to be a truck driver to get somewhere, you know.

Amanda.
