I have read it before and it was actually
one of the articles I read in the beginning
of becoming really active, that helped alleviate a
lot of confusion and fear. :)

It's nice to meet the author of one of those
articles.

Yes, knowing one's target audience and being able
to communicate with them without an ego front
is an art in itself and very difficult to do. :)
