As to being a teacher, however, I would think it a pre-requistite that one had achieved what one is to teach others first, wouldn't you? (Though I know our public school system doesn't acknowledge this!) Wouldn't having achieved something be a significant 'qualification', coupled with the right personality bent for instructing others, and ability to analyze what/how he/she achieved what they have, be the basis for a teahcer?
