Well define shortage of sleep? I mean some of my friends have to have like
10 hours each night but if I slept that long id feel lethargic the rest of
the day. If I am sick then i usually sleep more but that is it. Stress more
than sleep i have found hampers my learning ability. But i guess that seems
a bit obvious. Ever since I was a kid i havent needed ALOT of sleep. It's
just the way i function..which is almost the same as Froggy.
