I have some questions on children and kundalini. As you know I have had
many telepathic experiences with my granddaughter (see Digest #377) As she
has gotten older, it has gotten less often. Things have changed and we both
have much busier lives. Also it has been less since she learned how to
talk. Is there any advice on if there is a way to keep it active? Up till
now I have not concentrated on making it happen, it just did. I am curious
of other's experiences or thoughts on the matter.

There are several children in my immediate family that I include in
activities I feel they can relate to somewhat or at least enjoy so that the
memory sticks. This is what I do: We sit together on the floor and ohm.
Then we give a short prayer of thanks. We do greetings to the sun. We get
in a line or circle (depending on how many or how few we are that day) and
sit so that each person is facing the next one's back. We "draw" with our
fingers a simple object for the next one to figure out and then draw on the
one next to them. I believe this exercise helps develop the mind/body
connection. It's fun too. We also do shoulder massages this way and what I
call "doodlies" the name given this by my sisters and myself as children.
Doodlies is where you run your fingers randomly across the other's back. We
end with "ticklies". That's where you run fingers up and down the other's
side each time getting closer to the armpits. That always gets everyone
jumping again.

I would like to develop a routine (or find any that already exsist) that can
be used with children with the goal being preparation for the kundalini
awakening at some point in the future. I believe that the way to unite this
planet is to awaken everyone's kundalini. Why not start preparing our
children now for the future?

Any suggestions or thoughts on this subject will be greatly appreciated.
I'd like to keep it a playtime thing to the children as long as they are
preschool and early elementary. We remember best that which is colorful,
exciting or traumatic - the latter being something we need less of. So I do
my best to keep the time with them colorful and exciting so that they
remember the teachings that go with it.

Love and Light,

Sherry
May we all anchor the chord of light on this planet. May we all be part of
the solution, not part of the problem. May we all be one. The key is love.
