Dear Heather,

The following turned out a bit more extensive than I initially intended, I
just could not stop typing.
If you are interested in my diet recommendations please ask.

No matter what, when movements, feelings, rushes, twitches, ticklings,
...anything happens see it as positive. If you get into crying spells,
weeping, sobbing, see if you can discover that the ONE who experiences these
emotions is an observer, not really suffering, not really involved. That ONE
is the unaffected self, the *higher self*, who notices: happiness, joy,
pain, suffering and can even remember what initially caused it. No matter
what, see anything that arises as a step towards self-regeneration, getting
the body, mind, spirit becoming one integrated unit again that eventually
reintegrates with the *higher self*... the observer, the ego-less core of
your being. The spinal vertebrae, its muscles and nerves will all be dealt
with by the energy that goes through the spine. All of them spinal joints
need to be and will be cleared from the residue of past stresses, traumas
hurts and violations. As that happens, sometimes very gradually from the
bottom to the top, one will become aware, in front of the body, of centers
of energy, chakras. In the western world we know these spots pretty well
only by their negative characteristics: tight assed (root chakra), sexual
obsession or frigidity (sacral chakra or spleen chakra), panicky pit just
above the navel area (solar plexus chakra), constricted breathing, heartache
in the chest area (heart chakra), lump in the throat (throat chakra), empty
gaze of lost hope in the face (brow chakra), desperation and utter lostness,
cobwebs in the head (crown chakra). In the oriental traditions these areas
are seen more positively: vitality and groundedness in the root chakra,
creativity (procreativity) sacral chakra, freedom of will and clarity of
mind (yes, will and mind together as in gut-feeling) in the solar plexus
chakra, balance and loving kindness in the heart chakra, self expression in
the throat chakra, imagination, planning and dreaming in the brow chakra and
inspiration, higher-self and cosmic awareness in the crown chakra.
Best thing is to feel, remember, imagine, visualize HAPPINESS in those
energy areas, this happiness could take on many forms, for some this
happiness can represented by colour, from the bottom up red, orange, yellow,
green (or pink and turquoise) blue, indigo, violet. (investigate colour
therapy, www.colourenergy.com ,others connect aroma and smell with those
centers, again from the bottom up YlangYlang, Melissa, Rosemary,
Eucalyptus, Geranium, Patchouli, Lavendar. (there are other aromas too) I've
seen ppl. paint themselves in the different areas... For others again it
sound and vibration, it can be a mix of all these. Whatever, find happy
memories that might replace negative experiences that have constricted those
centers over time. Once you have the feeling of happiness well established
in one center, see if you can expand that happiness, give it a whirl, and
then move it upward or downward, whatever is easier. Most ppl. have the
hardest time moving through the throat chakra, it is THE bottleneck. Were
you allowed to cry, to speak up for yourself? If you enjoy tongue kissing,
remember that feeling to stimulate the throat chakra. Sing, hum, shout,
weep. Soft orgasmic feelings can be brought upwards easily by some ppl.
Enjoy the feeling of going to the bathroom, go right into that good feeling
of relief. (aromatherapy may not work here unless you grew up on the farm
:-). That sweet puppy love feeling around the heart is a good one to
remember and move about. Become emotional with a good movie, Anne of Green
Gables is good, where are you touched , move that feeling about. What about
the feeling of horniness, good one to spread around, I mean throughout your
body ;-) If you are sexually active, extend foreplay but delete the
cockedoodledoo if possible. Extended orgasm without climaxing is not too
hard to attain. Nothing wrong with masturbation but extend, extend, extend
the preamble to the climax, eventually you don't want and need to climax
anymore. Belly dancing is very good especially for men, get those hips
moving, especially the pelvis, 3.5 times clockwise, 3.5 times
counterclockwise. (Oh, is that where the 3.5 coils come from?) The total
body feeling of love even throughout the head and throat is fantastic. If
one or some or all of the centers' energy feels way too high to handle go
for a walk barefeet in the grass, roll barenaked in the grass, or snow even,
take a salt bath with organic unrefined seasalt or rocksalt. Swim a lot,
breast stroke is very good for the spine, especially the root, sacral and
throat chakras.
And most importantly yawn and stretch till you gets tears in your eyes 2.5
minutes a day. Many times a day. Like a cat!!! Make noise while doing it and
say aloud, "Aaah, that feels good." Open and stretch the groin and the
armpit areas, try to feel outrageously naked there, extremely important for
the throat and sacral chakras.
Take deep, hot colour baths, float in hot pools on your back, heels on the
ledge, head backwards, ears and eyes in the water, nose and mouth above the
water. You want the neck vertebrae to become flexible again. Go to a good
chiropractor with an intensive 4 week 2 to 3 times a week program. The spine
has to be realligned. If you work at that, the Kundalini process will go way
smoother. Sing children songs from when you were young, retell fairy tales
to yourself, dive deep into your ealy life memories, feel sorrow (not sorry)
for yourself if you were treated unfairly, find a shoulder to cry on, cry,
cry, cry. Dance crazily, walk nakedly through your garden, your house, your
appartment, the park, do not get caught. Spend 10 days in a mental
institution, don't be too afraid to take medication. (SSRI's are the best,
contact me and I will guide you through the side effects, doctors do not do
that too well). Tell a psychiatrist to fuck off, it is part of your therapy,
his too. Tell any bully to do the same, or anyone who knows better than you,
tell them all to take a hike. Take enemas, do it yourself, be daring, insert
your fingers. If your doctor can do it why not you, it is all your body,
there are taboos, find the happy spot in your anus, very good for the root
chakra. Love your body, give it pleasure, it will free up your mind. Clean
out your intestinal system with a gentle herbal intestinal cleanse... yes
men especially. Avena products and their herbal cleanse program I find the
best, I tried many others. Over time this one is thorough and gentle. If you
have negative experiences phone me or my wife 250 479 0001. Phone me
anyways. Eat lots of fruit in the morning. Make sure you eat at least one
pound of vegetables per day. Get enough iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc. It
will ease the spasms, and is extremly good for the intestinal walls. Eat
honey, butter, whole fruit juices, ghee.
Read books with lots of pictures of oriental art, Cambodja, Thailand, Japan,
Indonesia, you name it. You do not need other people's concepts, this is
about your feelings, your actions, you experience, your wisdom, your life,
your energy. Stay home, sleep, sleep, you always said you needed more sleep,
now do it. Afternoon nap is the best, drowse a lot. Stay away from too much
brainwork. Credit yourself for everything good, give yourself the benefit of
the doubt. Do not own negativity, none of it is yours, it was all pinned
onto you. You are not to blame. Who is? Who cares? You are not too blame
period. Love is it, you were never given enough or it was conditional.
Conditional love is not love. Real love, no strings attached. But......Ease
up on yourself.....Take your time. There is plenty of time and there is more
where it is coming from and when you run out there is always eternity.

And yes foremost, silence, be alone, you are human/divine,
Be compassionate with yourself.

Love Wim
