I was reading some Anthony Robbins yesterday; he was saying that a
decision is not a decision unless it leads directly to action.
Otherwise, it is just a wish. He has a lot to say about limiting beliefs
too.

Do you have a business plan worked out, with cash flow forecasts?
Whether or not it will be a profit centre or a non-profit organisation,
a business plan will be necessary so you can see the funding
requirements and plan how to meet them. Do you know how similar
organisations (you mentioned Findhorn) are funded and operated?
