My 8 years of nonstop K have been similar to Jerry's description. I feel K
as systemic electricity and/or vibratory energy as well as sometimes feeling
repeating waves of something akin to warm, viscid liquid (like honey) moving
from my lower torso up to the top of my head. Sometimes I experience more
concentrated energy in certain parts of my body which get hot or vibrate
strongly -- most often my spine or my feet.

In the beginning, I had tremendous light/energy rushes up my spine and out
through my crown chakra which caused seizures and made my eyes roll back in
my head. During the first seven months I also had intense experiences when
the energy was working on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 7th chakras. I did lots of
involuntary kriyas, mudras and yoga asanas (sometimes in the middle of sleep
I'd be jolted forward in bed and flipped into a cobra position or other
strange yoga posture). At that time, I could clearly feel internal energy
circuits and electrical currents which seemed to be coursing in a circular
rather than linear, upward movement. In the most intense, altered-state
6-week period, I experienced myself and everything else as a vast, seamless
energy field, with no sense of self-containment within the body. This
omnipresent, unbounded energy field was dynamic but not moving in any
particular direction, just vibrating like a radiant atomic sea.

An interesting experience in my early days, before I realized my weird
symptoms were K. This was not a dream or meditation experience. I felt my
head elongating into an egg shape, and then something "hatched" from the
crown of my head and wriggled down to my forehead. Although this was a
sensory experience (I could even feel that the newborn wriggling creature was
wet), I knew at the time that it was a psychic rather than material world
phenomena. And I immediately recognized that the newborn hatchling was a
baby snake, which surprisingly, didn't freak me, but filled me with awe and
joy. It wasn't until weeks later that I realized the symbolic import of the
experience.
