I experience this too, but if I stay out and get wet, my energy plummets.
Just wondering if maybe this happens to someone else?

I feel the power of the moon at the new moon. I used to at the full, but
when everything turned upside down, I no longer respond to the full moon
(except in a mildly draining way). My menstrual cycles also follow the moon,
which has prompted me to wonder if my "PMS" wouldn't be so bad if the cycle
was put off a week until my energy lowered, so that I might not struggle with
the need to use this energy and the body's resistance to doing anything at
all.
