Subject: [K-list] Drugs and breath ..

Just an observation from the tone of this topic
and from my own research

I wonder ..

How many of those
who believe that "drugs"
are needed for a spiritual "rebirth"
or awakening

are the product
of a birth from their mother's womb

where the assistance of drugs was required
either to relax the mother
or to dull the pain ...

with the inherent belief
that "breath alone is insufficient
to take me through this
"birthing" or awakening process .."

and the support of drugs is required.

Pethedine is a commonly used narcotic
(at least here in Australia) ..

and Morphine has also been known to be used

(ie opiates) ..

It raises the question

"how much of the need for 'drugs' to cope
stems from the use of drugs
inorder for the mother
to cope with the birthing process

BTW ... this is NOT meant as Judgemental
but a question for comment
