I lived in an alternative healing center for 3 years. I've done breath
work and it does work to an extent, I released some material with it. I've
also had extensive bodywork, hypnosis, and amane sessions. But the one I
always come back to are the enthogens, or rather, I use these as complemtary
tools in addition to other healing modalities. I like to weave it all
together. Not excluding one or the other.

Yes, they can do this, it's strong medicine, in an infantile society.
