hello,

  Not feeling too well today. I've been using a crystal around my crown chakra, as I was massaging I was releasing an incredible amount of energy, going down to my feet. Huge, gobs and gobs. The next day I felt extremely tired and tender. Perhaps I've been releasing too much? Part of me wants to release it so it's out of my system, but another part says to take it easy and not to overload the system too much. Anyway, I guess I'm processing in my aching body.....

I enjoyed the letter El Collie sent about the Japanese gentelman, had a full body bliss-out reading that one.....

Also, I went to a rave dance party thing, wasn't what I was used to on the(I'm staying close to Biloxi, MS) west coast, energy was trying to focalize but too many people not of the rave mindset were their and the energy sorta hung around in scattered competing groups, not a good scene.....So I left early...But in the beginning when not too many "unrave" people were their I just sat and listened to the music and had incredible body bliss-outs. Wave after wave.

  Now I have a head ache, I feel I need to sleep but I'm wired from all this energy that I've been passing....(took no enthogens tonight)
