I am new to the "formal" study of this stuff.

A friend of mine told me that I can't go wrong if I try to clear out my blocks with love -- not just romantic love or sexual love or familial love, but an overwhelming love that delights in all of the beauties of the universe and feels gratitude that I am able to experience and have a part in it.

Try doing gratitude work while breathing in through your heart.

The love will help you realize you have nothing to fear from a Universe which has gifted you over and over and over again.

The love of the Universe is always there. Experiencing it is a good way to get over the fear (our internal limitations given to us by a repressive and coercive society, no matter what the religion) and clear some of the blocks to letting the energy flow into and out of our bodies and souls naturally.

Just a thought.
