Hi there,

Another one I can add a different perspective of. My firstborn cried her
eyes out (figuratively!), but she was yanked headfirst out of a transverse
incision. My secondborn, unmedicated vaginal birth, was calm quiet and
attentive. She only cried or even made a noise when the nurse dragged her
away to put the drops in her eyes and prick her heel.

Also, I think it bears remembering that over every 7 years, every cell in our
bodies has been replaced. The memories our bodies may or may not hold,
therefore, must be held by choice or habit.
