Can you allow the possibility
that the fear you are experiencing
is not the fear of Kundalini ...

but that it is Kundalini releasing the emotion
you recognise as fear

which has been stored in your physical body
and in you DNA
through generations

it is the fear of the consequences ...
of your knowing been made wrong ...

be grateful for the release of the fear that it is being released ...

This small change in perspective
can made all the difference
between Divinity
and insanity ...

which is a matter of perception anyway
