Dear Jay,
Thank you for you information. I have the book you mentioned in your
post. I have had it for quite a few years but was afraid to mess with it
after K awakening as it seemed that any new energy work that I did usually
agravated my energy. I did some of his methods of removing energy blocks
before and found them relaxing. I will definitely reread that book now.
Is he using the water school in that book? I could really use some water to
stop this fire! Please don't be afraid to mention new methods that may help
people...I think that this list is interested in anything that could do
that, as long as it is not a marketing scheme, of course. Thanks again for
