Sir,
  I am an Indian and have been performing yoga for a long time back (around 15 years or so), I am 23 right now . When I was small I had a feeling of an ant moving up through my abdomen . As I was a kid then I had no knowledge about Kundilini . The feeling stopped after some time , Sir I wan't to know about the positive as well as negative aspects about Kundilini Awakening and do we need a teacher to help us acheive it .
