the shoulder blades? It is the back side of the physical heart but I
have felt it as a "door" I can open or slam shut quickly if someone is
trying to syphon off energy. I often feel tremendous energy,not K, or
Reiki coming into it when I am in certain states. It proceeds forward
and I direct it to an area above the heart and below the throat (as I
was directed to)and then outward to people and it has magnificient
results.They melt in Divine Love. On other people I sense this area as a
humming crystal. The wind up key we inserted into little doll people is
more than signifigant, I think.,,,giving energy and then when not
connected to the Souurce then running down.
Magna = > when Yin and Yang is in Balance, we only exhale. We exhale our

radiating as I wrote above, yes?

~~*+M~* Yes, I got an instruction tape on this. Fascinating. I reached a
point where I could generate the "whistling". I often combine Gregorian
Chant and the OM tape of the Biddhist Monks together. Very,very
interesting. And when sounded silently, in a certain state, it is as I
spoke above as radiating .,,, From the forhead it splashes out Light
just as the area under throat/above heart pulsates the very slow (about
6 per minute)Divine Love-waves. When these are worked together,,I often
do not want to come back.

Bishop and beginning to levitate and my shock at finding out that I
didn't have to be in a "frozen" estatic state as I had read the Saints
were in.
I have read that the AUM is the triplicity building aspect and that
the OM is the destructive one in that it alters matter forcing it apart
for the interjection of Spirit. This seems to ring true for me. Your
thoughts?

~~*+M~* Well, I have been reading the threads on Breathtarians and we
did the number on the Saints living on a consecrated Blessed Host daily
and I know that can be accomplished but this is a bit much. Food matters
little to me and half the time I forget to eat but breathing? Light is
Light so if one can live on that for food well, yeah why not air also.
The only understanding I have of that is from the swimmimg pool that we
placed bets on who could go more laps. I didn't like to lose and I could
do different stuff with my body that other people couln't so I gave it a
shot. (Other stuff being ,,I do not like to be submersed into cold water
on a hot day,no matter how much fun others think it is!) Somehow I would
utilize something in the belly area and make myself immovable. So I just
kept swimming back and forth until things went black. (Enjoyed reading
the posts on this from Jacques) I reached a point where I was utilizing
something on the sides of my neck.Gills? Beats me, I was just a kid. So,
not breathing would mean that we do not exhale carbon,,,we become
hardened carbon as the diamond???Or this is a phrase meaning we generate
Light just as the diamond reflects??? The stuff that is between our
cells and "feeding" us is Divine Light so we become Light?Can you give
more info for understanding. Thank you.
