This statement I consider as an incorrect definition of Kundalini. That's
why I posted what I remember from some of the old Hindu texts I've read.

According to some, the whole purpose of life is to transcend all duality,
which of course is pretty hard to do because, as you are saying, as long as
we're in our body we will always experience duality in some way. We're lucky
if we can transcend duality even for a few seconds at the time. If we were
beyond all duality for good, well, then I believe it's time to leave this
existence and as long as this isn't the case we might as well enjoy what's
here too, I'm with you there.
