Subject: [K-list] Questions for everybody

Dear list,

Thank you for all who replied to my questions.

It comes to me I should try and pool the replies
together in some way. I'll see in the weekend. :)

I suspect it is good to read about other ppl's
experiences, because we can always find something
similar in them. :)

:)) A lot of ppl have muscles jerks right when falling
asleep. :) Comes with the dream of falling. I've even
seen it in my cat. :)

You can say it's normal, or as my physiology teacher
used to say when ppl asked about the muscle twitches
ppl get in the face /a round the eyes:
We can't be physiologically perfect all the time.
LOL !

Of course, K twitches / spasms are something a bit else. ;)

Yup, I know what you mean.

I suspect these lights are involuntary firing of the
nerves in the vision center of the brain caused by
K. It's the brain perceiving light withot really doing
so from the eyes, sort of the brain seeing light by
its own accord, independent of the eyes. ;)

:)) Know exactly what you mean. Used to think Hindu
religion was very boring, with too many deities,
but nowadays, I love reading about it. :)

Took a look at some Buddhist statutes on the net
yesterday and K flared up in joy at seeing them.
LOL ! I had to go with my beak permanently attached
to the water bottle all day.

LOL ! I was thinking about the strong
kriyas some of us have at night. If someone
saw me at night, doing the weird asanas and convulsions, they would cart me off to the hospital in
no time. :) Can't share sleeping qarters with anyone
these days. I can just imagine having ten ppl in one
room doing mass kriyas and asanas. LOL !

Best regards,

Amanda.
