Dear Jenell,
   I don't know how long you have been on this list but the warnings that
you speak of are standard here. I, myself, just posted a message with the
same warnings a little while ago. I have, also had a letter published by
the "shared transformation newsletter" that states the hardship I went thru
the six years before I realised that I was K awakened! Crisis and K are a
BIG part of our lives, but we also experience the bliss of it at times.
Pain and pleasure do seem to be different sides of the same coin. I don't
think that we need to jump on someone for experiencing bliss...for gods
sake! I wish that I had more of that right now and less pain. Bless you
