A big Hug for Hilary!

It seems to me in this world of duality, that pain an pleasure are inescapable.
They are used to show us what we are attached to - as self.

Our Purest Self is not dual.

So it seemed to me that the pains I had were to wean me off attachment to myself
as a dual being.
I am Unity Being, formless flavourless Energy. Yet as such .. I take on
archetypal flavours for the experience (knowledge) of the whole range of
duality.

To contain such immense Knowledge means being able to let go attachment to the
dual field self. (As it seems to Me).

I am both selves - learning to align both higher Self, and lower boy mind self
here on earth.

May we all get there as smoothly as possible.

Excuse my ranting, I rarely share like this. Hope I haven't offended. So now you
know the weird stuff that goes on in my head!

:-)
