That's exactly my point. Unfortunately, there are no general rules that work
for everyone. This is why it is so difficult to come up with good advice for
others. What works fine for me might cause an unbalance in someone else.
Haha, wouldn't it be nice and easy if kundalini came with a user manual on
how to handle this kind of energy?

Guess you're right. Now I "have" to do Yoga, otherwise I feel unbalanced.
All I wanted back then some 4 years ago was to do some kind of exercises
that would be good for my health and for which I didn't need much space and
which I could practise anywhere I went while I was travelling around in
Asia. Guess I got more than I was asking for...
