Whenever I was experiencing odd K-symptoms like energy blockages causing
pain in my body, my body twisting and jerking under enegy currents flowing
up and down my spine, visions (some disturbing sequences of past life
experiences that might be responsible for some of my blockages), excess of
energy, sleep deprivation, oversensitivity to other peoples energy fields,
picking up some of their thought patterns, feeling their sadness and pain
personally, the only thing that kept me going and sane where actually hatha
yoga and martial arts. To me it seems that thanks to practising those I am
able to bear the energy that K aroused in me and to deal with it and not
getting unsettled too much when odd symptoms for which there is no rational
explanation occur. I have to admit though, that hatha yoga and some
premature pranayama exercises where what unintentionally aroused K in the
first place but it is also partially thanks to practising hatha yoga that I
can bear K and am having a good time with it for the most part.
