Dear: Dharma,

 Hi Dharma, My name is Ananta, thank you for your email on k list, it really explain some of my mucle problems, I have to say that since my K active, I have been feeling some muscles on knees are weak and sore, and also my back region, especially around my top shoulder, lethargic somewhat lost of something(I dont know what), feeling lost of hope, a bit lazy.
Dharma, sometimes I am feeling depressed(lost a bit of faith), and seems lost a bit direction sometimes. Although this symtoms dissapear after I did grounding(Angelique way). Well I can`t defenitely relate to the paranoia bit, I am scare for I dont know what.......
Dharma...Maybe you can share some light on this.
