I also have these. I agree with Sam, I think it depends on how active your
k. is. When my k first started, I had them almost daily for a couple of
years. Then they were sometimes rather extreme, with complicated postures
I didn't know, and hopping around, etc.

For me they occured mostly during any meditation practices, and also when
lying down. Sometimes I'd get them in the middle of the night, waking up
to go into them. Now they are somewhat less frequent and mild (after 8
years of K activity) although I do get kriyas whenever I meditate.
