Yeah Maureen!
  I believe you answered his questions! You have to be both K awakened and
Reiki attuned to know that they are the same energy. As in anything, you
should have the beingness of a state of being to really experience that
state.(?) Sounds more complex than it really is. I have also activated and
awakened Kundalini by giving Reiki attunements....I now warn people ahead of
time if they don't have any idea what to expect, K awakening is a life
