Connie:
I did role playing in my assertive training class (conflict resolution
class) and it was very eye opening for discerning the difference between,
for instance, aggressive and assertive. I used to think being assertive
was, in fact, aggressive. I guess that's because I was so used to being so
passive (non-assertive). Role playing lets you taste a new experience.

I would be willing to do that with him with a professional.
