The term virtue is rather misleading indeed. After one's sadhana is finished
(moksha, nirvana with substratum, union of Shiva and Shakti), Shakti still
is functioning. Believe it or not, for some, this still isn't 'enough' and
for them the so called "path of virtue" is open, which of course isn't a
path. It only denotes the road to absolute freedom, where opposites can no
longer be experienced in any way. Or more poetically: After having consumed
all worlds, the supreme Shakti consumes Herself.
